Cylon RC plane
The Cylon RC plane is a versitile, fun plane to fly that is easy to assemble and has nostalga of the Battle Star Galactica Cylon Raider styling built into it. It’s in this configuration set up for simple tail feather control, rudder/elevator, flying it will make you think it has ailerons though due to how gently it handles and responsive, quick maneuvers.
This can be flown as a trainer, sports model or learning how to hover and practice high incidence 3d type of flying. It’s a good choice for small areas where you have to fly low and slow but also a blast to tear it up with high speed acrobatics in wide open areas.
The build is straight forward, with a range of options to explore upon should one want to deviate from the stock set up.
